Elder Berry
Elderberry & meadowsweet liqueur
Simple Serve - Wild Spritz
You'll need: 50ml Elder Berry Original, soda water and lemonade (equal parts), ice, mint sprig
How: Fill a glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with equal parts soda water and lemonade, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Signature Serve - Meadow Mule
You'll need: 35ml Elder Berry Original, 25ml vodka, top ginger beer, 15ml fresh lime juice, lime wheel and mint to garnish
How: Build over ice in a copper mug or highball, add the liqueur, vodka and lime juice, top with ginger beer, stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
Elder Orchard
Elderberry, Apple & Bramble Liqueur
Simple Serve - Orchard Fizz
You'll need: 50ml Elder Orchard, sparkling apple juice or soda, ice, apple slice
How: Fill a tall glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with sparkling apple juice or soda, and garnish with a thin apple slice.
Signature Serve - Bramble in the Orchard
You'll need: 40ml Elder Orchard, 25ml gin, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 3–4 blackberries, blackberry to garnish
How: Muddle the blackberries in a shaker, add the liqueur, gin and lemon juice with ice, shake well and double-strain over crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
Elder Spiced
Elderberry, Ginger & Orange Liqueur
Simple Serve - Elder Spiced & Ginger
You'll need: 50ml Elder Spiced, ginger ale, ice, orange wedge
How: Pour over ice, top with ginger ale, and garnish with an orange wedge.
Signature Serve - Highland Toddy
You'll need: 35ml Elder Spiced, 25ml Scotch whisky, 20ml fresh orange juice, cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish
How: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise. (Equally good warmed through, minus the ice, on a cold night.)
Elder Black Forest
Elderberry, Sour Cherry & Cacao Liqueur
Simple Serve - Black Forest & Soda
You'll need: 50ml Elder Black Forest Liqueur, soda water, ice, fresh cherry to garnish
How: Fill a glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with soda water, and garnish with a fresh cherry.
Signature Serve - Black Forest Espresso Martini
You'll need: 40ml Elder Black Forest Liqueur, 25ml vodka, 25ml freshly brewed espresso (cooled), ice
How: Shake all ingredients hard with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with three coffee beans.
Rosehip Spritz Liqueur
Rosehip wild herb & rum liqueur
Simple Serve - Rosehip Spritz
You'll need: 50ml Rosehip Spritz Liqueur, prosecco and/or soda water, ice, orange twist
How: Fill a wine glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with soda water or prosecco, and finish with an orange twist.
Signature Serve - Wild Rose Garden
You'll need: 40ml Rosehip Spritz Liqueur, 25ml gin, 15ml fresh lemon juice, top elderflower tonic, rose petals or mint to garnish
How: Shake the liqueur, gin and lemon juice with ice, strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice, top with elderflower tonic and garnish with rose petals or mint.
Silvertear Nature Smooth Vodka
Simple Serve - Silvertear & Tonic
You'll need: 50ml Silvertear Vodka, premium tonic water, ice, lemon twist
How: Fill a glass with ice, pour over the vodka, top with tonic, and finish with a lemon twist.
Signature Serve - Silver Birch Martini
You'll need: 50ml Silvertear Vodka, 10ml dry vermouth, a dash of orange bitters, lemon twist to garnish
How: Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
Silvertear Vintage Vodka
Simple Serve - Vintage & Tonic
You'll need: 50ml Silvertear Vintage Vodka, premium tonic water, ice, lemon twist
How: Fill a glass with ice, pour over the vodka, top with tonic, and finish with a lemon twist.
Signature Serve - Vintage Martini
You'll need: 50ml Silvertear Vintage Vodka, 10ml dry vermouth, a twist of lemon
How: Stir with ice until ice-cold, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
