Wild Spiced Elderberry — Elderberry & Meadowsweet Liqueur
Intensely fruity, deliciously different — the social chameleon of your drinks cabinet.
Simple Serve — Wild Spritz
You'll need: 50ml Elder BERRY soda water and lemonade (equal parts), ice, mint sprig
How: Fill a glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with equal parts soda water and lemonade, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Signature Serve — Meadow Mule
You'll need: 35ml Wild Spiced Elderberry, 25ml vodka, top ginger beer, 15ml fresh lime juice, lime wheel and mint to garnish
How: Build over ice in a copper mug or highball, add the liqueur, vodka and lime juice, top with ginger beer, stir gently and garnish with a lime wheel and mint.
Elder Orchard — Elderberry, Bramble & Apple Liqueur
Fresh and lively — elderberry, apple and bramble, sweet, crisp and full of summer zing
Simple Serve — Orchard Fizz
You'll need: 50ml Elder Orchard, sparkling apple juice or soda, ice, apple slice
How: Fill a tall glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with sparkling apple juice or soda, and garnish with a thin apple slice.
Signature Serve — Bramble in the Orchard
You'll need: 40ml Elder Orchard, 25ml gin, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 3–4 blackberries, blackberry to garnish
How: Muddle the blackberries in a shaker, add the liqueur, gin and lemon juice with ice, shake well and double-strain over crushed ice. Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
Elder Spiced — Elderberry, Ginger & Orange Liqueur
Fruit and spice, all things nice — rich elderberry with a warming glow of ginger and orange.
Simple Serve — Elder Spiced & Ginger
You'll need: 50ml Elder Spiced, ginger ale, ice, orange wedge
How: Pour over ice, top with ginger ale, and garnish with an orange wedge.
Signature Serve — Highland Toddy
You'll need: 35ml Elder Spiced, 25ml Scotch whisky, 20ml fresh orange juice, cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish
How: Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise. (Equally good warmed through, minus the ice, on a cold night.)
Rosehip Spritz Liqueur
The less-bitter aperitif alternative — sweet, zesty, and made for bubbles.
Simple Serve — Rosehip Spritz
You'll need: 50ml Rosehip Spritz Liqueur, prosecco and/or soda water, ice, orange twist
How: Fill a wine glass with ice, pour over the liqueur, top with soda water or prosecco, and finish with an orange twist.
Signature Serve — Wild Rose Garden
You'll need: 40ml Rosehip Spritz Liqueur, 25ml gin, 15ml fresh lemon juice, top elderflower tonic, rose petals or mint to garnish
How: Shake the liqueur, gin and lemon juice with ice, strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice, top with elderflower tonic and garnish with rose petals or mint.
